For years I have struggled with my weight, It has brought down my self esteem to almost none and has made me a completely different person who likes to hide so I won't be ridiculed. I want to become myself again after 10 years and be desired by my husband and respected by my daughter.

When I lose motivation I think about the whole process of eating. Preparing the food, eating the food, the guilt I feel because I am off track, and the reasons why food will stop me form accomplishing my goals and dreams. Than my motivation is back!!! I remember I love myself and part of loving myself is taking care of my body so the world can see!!!!! emoticon
