I am a full-time working Mum of 2 gorgeous girls. I have a hectic lifestyle and need to focus on me regularly to make sure I am healthy and reasonably fit. I have a weight loss goal to achieve, as I had (prior to Spark) very little idea of the right quantities of food (now I know a portion distortioner!) I would like to lose weight and fit back into some target outfits again so I am on a mission for a UK size 12. I've done weight loss successfully before - this time it needs to stay off!

Size 12 by August 2013 (but I hope to achieve my goal before then!). To be healthier and fitter and feel it To wear a swimming costume with pride To discipline myself to eat healthy foods for life To drink 8+ cups of water every day forever
My Program:
I am tracking all my food in the tracker, and tracking my exercise. I am trying to be as active as possible with exercise 5 to 6 times a week including jogging. The food tracker is amazing!
