I too over indulged (wouldn't be human if we didn't lol) but to my amazement I lost 0.5lb so you can imagine my delight. I did find though that my sugars started running a little high so that was enough of a shock to get me back on the straight and narrow come the new year. Back to tracking and find that exercise is a requirement now - think that's replaced my food addiction ;)
Can't wait to see your final 'after' pics, enjoyed your last ones - recently checked them out again to spur me on, the difference in you is amazing. Will have to post some new pics of myself I think, I'm rediscovering cheek bones lol & can even feel hip bones without needing to poke too far. I have 4 stones (approx) to go so am no where near target yet but am working on being there by the end of the year.
Good luck with losing that final stone & I'm sure you'll get it no problem esp with the wedding drawing closer!
Hi. Glad to hear you and your loved ones are ok. Tragic incident. Glad to see you are on track again. I struggle as I just sit on a plateau with slight variations up and down a few pounds. Prob because I don't exercise enough. Trying to cut portions down. Have been on plateau for over a year!!
Not going to spark much due to neck causing bad headaches. Will look in for short periods but really need to cut back as I have been on for hours at a time!! David tells me off!!
Enjoy your preparations for Christmas. Are you spending time with family? We are at home just us 3. I will go to Dad for New Year leaving David and Laura at home. Works best - very boring for Laura at Dad's. Have a great week.
Hi Nicky. Just a quick message to check that you are ok and haven't been caught up in that horrific crash on the M5 last night. Totally shocking. That is our route to and from Minehead so I know it well. Do hope you are ok. 1966 days ago
