Here I go, again

I'm a 25 year old mother who needs some support to lose some extra weight. Just like you, I've got a busy schedule but hope to add sparkpeople into my life...so it may take me a while to incorporate daily checking of this site. =D

My Goals:
To lose weight and at the same time become more healthy.

My Program:
My schedule consists of cardio and UPper and LOWer body training. I'm also going to watch my calorie intake.

S -- cardio
M -- REST
T -- 30m up & cardio

S -- 30m low & cardio

The calorie tracker really helped me realize how much I was eating, and what choices I was making. When you start tracking them it's ok to go over your goal, it helps you start thinking about it. Now I look at everything as calories! Looks like you're off to a great start!

Wow! You really got started on SP! I'm very excited that you joined, and it will definately help me get more into it! In fact, I'm going to "try" to start getting my calories entered again! Also, the other 2 friends and I would post daily blog entries about how we did each day and comment to each other. That was very supportive. So, I'll be checking your blog too!
