2011 Already?

Out of pure laziness and lack of self control i've managed to get up to 168lbs, needless to say i'm not happy with myself at all. Athough I don't 'feel' like i've gained any weight I can tell in pictures and the way my pants fit for work.

So here we go again....

May 16 2011- Goal 164lbs

June 13 2011- Goal 160lbs

July 11 2011- Goal 156lbs

August 8 2011- Goal 152lbs

I'm planning out my goals in quarter ...

I'm planning out my goals in quarter intervals, so basically by the end of the summer i'd like to be in the low 150's. I will be weighing myself once a month on my goal dates.

Now that it's the begininng of a new year it's time for me to step it up and become more motivated. By April/May 2009 I was down to 148lbs and of course I got lazy and stopped working out as often as I should. *tisk tisk*

Now it's officially after the Holidays and i'm at 154lbs...so a 6lbs weight gain. :( It's not too horrible and I don't really see much of a weight change other than my face. I can always tell when I start to pack on the pounds becuz my already fat face gets fatter! LOL




2008/2009 Goals:

Current as of November 29 2008: 168.4lbs
(so far so good down 3.4lbs since 11/19)

My reward? Officially getting out of the 170's yay!



December 31 2008: 161.4lbs -
*****reached 12/15*****

~~New goal for 12/31: 158lbs
****Actual 160lbs***** (i've had a cold for the past 5 days)

My reward? Completing the chanllenge my sparkteam (10lbs for every holiday) has given me!



January 31 2009: 154lbs-157lbs

*****Actual 151.6***** Wow I cant believe it!

My reward? Just being able to get back to my old weight and hopefully fitting all of my old clothes!



February 28 2009: 145lbs-148lbs
*******Actual 148.4******* (I sneaked a peak early! 2/27)
My reward? Making it out of the 150's of course!



March 31 2009: 140lbs-145lbs
********Actual 148.4*********- Well, i lost absolutely no weight this month, and I must say it's due to my laziness, nothing else! (April will be my rebound month)
My reward? Hopefully closer to my goal!

April 23 2009 (my birthday!): 137lbs-142lbs
My reward? finally realize that I CAN acheive my vision of an ideal body.


April 31 2009: 133lbs-138lbs
My reward? What better reward is there? I've achieved my goal, woohoo!

My Goals:
Ideally i would love to be in a 130-138lbs range. I truly have to say that so far so good. 2/2/2009, I've been very consistent with my excerise. This is the first time in my life that i have stuck to excerising this long. Usually as soon as I lost the weight I stop. Lets hope that this is not the case. I would love to continue to workout it does wonders for my body and self esteem!

My Program:
I just purchased a Schwinn 230 Recumbent Bike 10/19/2008 and started using it the very next day. I alternate from the bike to another fitness machine that I have at home called The TotalGym. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do 60mins of cardio on the Recumbent bike and about 15-20mins of various excerises on the TotalGym. Tuesdays and Thursdays I do 60mins of cardio on the Recumbent Bike.

Personal Information:
I live in Long Island, NY. I'd love to start a speed walking regimine as soon as the weather gets a little warmer. If anyone lives near my area I would love to have a buddy to walk with!

Other Information:
I love to read! I just started crocheting again so i'm starting to make some pretty cool stuff!

So I don't know if you ever check your Sparkpage anymore, or how you've kept up with your weight loss since early 2009, but I think your page and pics are still very inspirational. :)

Just wanted to say hello. I became the new co-leader of the NY Spark team and I'm getting to know our forums and members better. We're about the same height with the same weight loss goals and it's amazing to see someone else who did it!

I'm a little bit taller so my goal right now is at 155lbs. Since that gave me a full 40lbs to lose, I figured I'd get there and see what to do next. You look wonderful!! Keep it up.
