Goals: ~to exercise 4 times a week. ~to log into spark website daily. ~to lose 3-5 lbs per month yielding in a total weight loss of: 27-45 lbs by my 42nd birthday March 14, 2015. ~to learn a way to release my need to binge eat by working a program and meeting with my counselor.
*Utilizing spark coach minimum of 5 times/week. *Having a food plan in place the evening prior to utilizing the food plan. *Going to the gym three times a week as I am paying for it.
