Now is the Time.

Well, keeping a journal really has been key. Now we know exactly what is going on. Seeing the changes in your family has been the most exciting thing of all. My husband stepped on the scale June 26th 2012 and he hit his goal of 185lbs. He was at 220lbs that is 35lbs!! We have made huge changes together and our healthy way of eating has spilled over in the family. They are now becoming very aware of portions, exercise and they personally see the shocking difference. I've lost 26lbs and ...

I had gained from menopause but I fought back....and am winning. I'm now at the weight I was when I started dating my husband after almost 19 years of marriage. :)

Weight loss is merely a scientific calculation. Less Calories X more burnt energy=Weight Loss. Your body can't help but obey. Be encouraged as you can do it! emoticon
