Since I was 16, I developed that internal drive to achieve great things. This drive has helped me gain the upper hand in all aspects of my life. My greatest pet peeve is when I hear “I can’t” or outside sources saying “You can’t”. I am absolutely 100% sure that attitude and hard work will get you everything you want in life.

I want to be able to share my attitude with you and help you get everything you want through fitness and proper nutrition. When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good it rubs off on others and before you know it you are surrounded by good.

MY PURPOSE AND GOAL IN LIFE IS TO HELP MYSELF AND OTHERS AROUND ME FIND THAT PATH OF FITNESS AND NUTRITION BY KEEPING EVERYONE MOVTIVATED! I STRIVE TO ACHIEVE GOALS THAT ARE BOTH CHALLENGING AND REWARDING. FITNESS UNTIL THE END MY FRIENDS!!!

I have been a group fitness instructor for over 4 years and have been serving others as a Star Diamond Beachbody Coach for the same amount of time. I love it!

Hello!

I've really been enjoying X3. It makes you lose inches like crazy! Im going to start month 2 when I get back from skiing. I have been adding in some extra cardio (combat or turbofire) every now and then to mix it up but I think it's a solid program.

I'm so glad January is almost OVER!!

Had a little setback with the p90x3, got a chest cold and my kid got sick, so I will start week two over today. But thanks for checking up on my progress. I really appreciate the motivation!

Hi Nick! Apologize for the late response...but yeah....Insanity does take a toll on your joints! However, I love it! Mostly, bc of the challenge! It's working out for me, bc I see results and that is encouraging! Thank you and awesome transformation!

I love running. But sometimes I get burnt out. So now I just do 20 minutes a day, 4 5 minute intervals. Why not a 5k?

How is P90X3 going? I'm still loving it. I am finishing up week 3 heading to transition next week. My parents are looking at it too! emoticon I told them they can modify whatever exercise seems to hard for them . I am going to let them test drive my vids next week during my transition.
