In high school I was an above average athlete always having to work for starting spots on teams and creating my own success.

Since I was 16, I developed that internal drive to achieve great things. This drive has helped me gain the upper hand in all aspects of my life. My greatest pet peeve is when I hear “I can’t” or outside sources saying “You can’t”. I am absolutely 100% sure that attitude and hard work will get you everything you want in life.

I want to be able to share my attitude with you and help you get everything you want through fitness and proper nutrition. When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good it rubs off on others and before you know it you are surrounded by good.

MY PURPOSE AND GOAL IN LIFE IS TO HELP MYSELF AND OTHERS AROUND ME FIND THAT PATH OF FITNESS AND NUTRITION BY KEEPING EVERYONE MOVTIVATED! I STRIVE TO ACHIEVE GOALS THAT ARE BOTH CHALLENGING AND REWARDING. FITNESS UNTIL THE END MY FRIENDS!!!

I have been a group fitness instructor for over 4 years and have been serving others as a Star Diamond Beachbody Coach for the same amount of time. I love it!

Thanks for your comment Nick. Yes, I am very excited to start P90X. I am working on Slim in 6 right now and will be finished that program on February 11th. I will be starting P90X on the 12th. I have been doing some of the workouts to get a feel for it. It is no joke! emoticon

Hi Nick! T25 is coming along well. I am on week 3 . I do Turbo Fire in the mornings and T25 in the evenings when I am off work. When I am working, I do just T25 in the early morning. I still love it! It really shows me how out of shape I am! lol :)

I like them all, but if I had to pick one right now ... probably Yoga X. I'm doing the Lean program and on week 3 this week. Already down 13 lbs. I bought the program used so I didn't get all the dietary plans or other things is usually comes with, so I have been just sticking to a healthy diet and working out and getting good results so far!
