Since I was 16, I developed that internal drive to achieve great things. This drive has helped me gain the upper hand in all aspects of my life. My greatest pet peeve is when I hear “I can’t” or outside sources saying “You can’t”. I am absolutely 100% sure that attitude and hard work will get you everything you want in life.

I want to be able to share my attitude with you and help you get everything you want through fitness and proper nutrition. When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good it rubs off on others and before you know it you are surrounded by good.

MY PURPOSE AND GOAL IN LIFE IS TO HELP MYSELF AND OTHERS AROUND ME FIND THAT PATH OF FITNESS AND NUTRITION BY KEEPING EVERYONE MOVTIVATED! I STRIVE TO ACHIEVE GOALS THAT ARE BOTH CHALLENGING AND REWARDING. FITNESS UNTIL THE END MY FRIENDS!!!

I have been a group fitness instructor for over 4 years and have been serving others as a Star Diamond Beachbody Coach for the same amount of time. I love it!

Hey! I am staying on top of my workouts! Been doing Insanity and Turbo Fire as of late with a little Chalean Extreme thrown in.

Waiting for P90X3, T25, Body Combat to arrive and I am being leant Body Pump (just need to find a bar!). Super pumped! How are your workouts going?

Hi! My workouts are going great, I'm on week 6 now of my Bridge to 10K and tonight I have a 60 minute jog (I've turned into a runner...never thought I'd say that!), so I'm getting there! I'm steadily running at least 4.5 miles each time I jog and slowly getting further and further. In between my run days I've been throwing in some kinds of strength video to mix it up and try to work on my core...I've been giving kickboxing a go lately. Are you loving the new P90X?

Thanks for your comment/support on my goals. BTW, just wanted to let you know that I finished Insanity a couple of weeks back, so thanks for your encouragement throughout that program! I'm working my way through the Bridge to 10K program right now (jogging every other day with that program), and on my off days of that I rotate Insanity DVDs in to workout my non-jogging muscles. I've really come a long way with my fitness level, just last June walking a mile was a joke!
