No More Excuses!!

I have finally committed to getting healthier and losing the extra weight. I want to be able to keep up with my kids, and be healthier for them. They deserve to have me around nagging them for a long time to come :)

My Goals:
Well, new year, new goal!!

2012 - In 2011, I got down to the 130 I had previously written in here. Isn't it amazing how once we get somewhere we say "this isn't exactly what I was thinking". So, my new goal is to keep working on strength training and cardio to find something that works to trim down my hips and thighs. Don't get me wrong, 130 is great for me, but I just think I can get more in shape instead of being at a number!!

My Program:
I am trying to get to the gym at least 3 times a week, and adding in a workout at home on occasion. I have a ton going on right now, so if I could control my eating, and work on my ST, I think I could reach my goal!!

Personal Information:
I live in Michigan with my husband and 2 daughters. We have 2 dogs. We all love to be outside as much as possible. Life is starting to get even busier and the kids are getting into activities so finding time to work out and eat right is sometimes difficult.

emoticon I think this is a great quote to help us start 2015 on a positive note. We all need to remember it when we are making excuses not to exercise. (I need to print it out in a large font and post it all over my apartment!)
