I am 27 years old and weigh 200 lbs.

I struggle with many things besides my weight such as being a stay at home mom with 4 young children. Juggling housework and rowdy children are two things that distract me from my own health and have brought on various degrees of depression. I am turning to Sparkpeople once again to help me make my health and happiness a priority.

I agree with Jenn- push through!! You can do this! Make yourself a priority. Do the best you can! Challenge yourself. What is that saying? If you always do the things you've done, you will always get the results you've gotten.

No way are you quiting! :) You can do this. I know you can. Push yourself with the challenges...some of them yea they aren't all made for me I guess, haha but I find that when I push myself to do them. I do feel better. And when I push myself to eat right and exercise boy I could just take on the world! Keep at it girl, and know we are here for you to keep pushing through. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! I KNOW YOU CAN!
