Former Texan now in Georgia
Okay, once again I have fallen off the wagon and managed to gain another 15 pounds in the process...My thinking process was that I could do it on my own...I was wrong when I tried to do it my way, It didn't quite work out...I am ready to be held accountable for my actions and inactions that have a direct influence on my health. My husband and are going to start trying to get pregnant in June and I want to be as healthy as possible to start trying...I also need to lower my blood pressure.
