Hi, my name is Nickie. I have been working out for 5 years this Januray. Now all thru high school I was a size 2-4 and was very active and didn't have to work out. Than I turned 21 and was introduced to the enemy alcohol and I gained like 30-40 pounds. I hated the way I looked so I started jogging @ the park, 2 miles a day and I got down to a size 0-2 in like 3 months. It was awesome!! Well than I got a new job and my work schedule changed and I could no longer jog @ the park any more.Reason ...

Well than I got a new job and my work schedule changed and I could no longer jog @ the park any more.Reason being that by the time I got off work it was dark out. So I stop making it a priority. So of course I gained it all back over the course of 4 years. Well I bought a treadmill so I could have no excuses any more. Now I'm back to a 2-4 and some zero's and I feel great!!!! I run 3-5 miles 5 to 7 times a week.I weight train 2 times a week. I just found out that I LUV TO RUN. I'm actually obsessed with it I think. I also do a Jillian Michaels dvd. I'm in sales and i hate it and currently looking for another job. I have ran in two 5k races so far and i will be running my 3rd this April. In 2012 I ran my first ever 10k and I have signed up for two more this year, I have one in May and June. I'm excited and scared all at the same time. Fitness is my life and I wouldn't have it any other way!! I love the way being fit makes me feel. I love my new body and my new life style. The LORD just keeps on blessing me everyday and I thank him for it everyday!!

My Goals:
Is to be lean, pettie and fit. To be healthy inside and out and to be toned from head to toe.. to maintain my current size 0-4, run in a 5k race and Also to eat clean with every meal.
My Program:
I jog 3 to 4 miles 5 to 6 times a week. Burning off 500 calories a work out. I also switch off from pilates 4 to 5 times a week or right now I'm doing the " 30 Day Shred" dvd with Jillian Michaels. I have been eating clean for 6 weeks now and I have 1 to 2 cheat meals in a month, and also I totally cut out alcohol. I drink lots of water and I don't count calories but I'm very aware of what I put in my body.
Personal Information:
I live in a county right outside of St. louis with my bf. We are living it up and enjoying each other company. I have been working out for 3 years this January 2011. I love the way it makes me feel and look!! I listen to all kinds of music but some of my favorites are Led Zeppelin, beatles, fog hat, AIC, STP, Korn, Type O negative, Lenord Skinnard, Crosby Stills Nash and Young the Doors, Ted Nugent. N some Ole school rap like 2pac n ice cube.
