Hi, I really want to take control of my body and the choices that I make about health. I've never really been a dieter, but I just feel like I've been on "autopilot" when it comes to my food and exercise choices. Over the past year, I've had a lot of stress and excitement, and I've been traveling a huge amount. All of this lead to some really horrible food choices. And no exercise at all. I need to make some positive changes, or I'll keep sliding down the slippery slope to bad ...
