It all began back in 2009. I started exercising for my 2 year trip abroad. I started off doing well, and losing weight in a healthy way, but once I started off on my travels I lost weight in dramatic and unhealthy way. I was homesick, a poor backpacker, and walked everywhere (I would walk around for 5-6 hours at a time) The pounds came melting off, but I didn't feel good at all. I wasn't eating enough and being a little bit too active. I went from 170 to 118 in 5 months.

I started off doing well, and losing weight in a healthy way, but once I started off on my travels I lost weight in dramatic and unhealthy way. I was homesick, a poor backpacker, and walked everywhere (I would walk around for 5-6 hours at a time) The pounds came melting off, but I didn't feel good at all. I wasn't eating enough and being a little bit too active. I went from 170 to 118 in 5 months.

I have now settled down and weigh 130, I work in an office all day and have started to slowly put on more weight. Right now I am trying to ensure I don't become overweight again and keep myself healthy. I do not want to put my body through what I did 3 years ago, I want to do this as healthy as possible and work to keeping myself fit and healthy.

Last year I fell in love with hoop dance, and use that as a creative and active outlet at the moment.
