it's time for me to get fit and stay fit. i don't want something temporary, i want a total and permenent lifestyle change.

eat less but more often, work out 6 days a week, and bust ass to accomplish distance running.

We did not go to the fair today... it was kinda far away and I didn't feel like driving. I realized at 5:30 that I hadn't drank any water all day, so I'm hitting it now. I made a delicious dinner! Zucchini Pancakes, and they weren't too bad for calories. I made a salad to go with them, and actually purchased and used LIGHT dressing. It tasted just as good as the other stuff!

I could not stop at one piece of pizza tonight, and OF COURSE I had to have wings and cheese sauce. I still came in under my calories, though. But now I can't eat anything else!

We took a long walk tonight instead of my going to the gym. I didn't burn quite as many calories as I would have, but it was such a beautiful day and nice walk.

My plan is, next week, I'll start doing strength training in the morning at home. If I just quickly check my email in the morning and that's all, I'll have 30 minutes to devote to it. Great job on your workout!
