My name is Nichole I just turned 25 and my weight has been an issue the last 4 years. I believe that like everyone else I have been involved with work and not focusing on myself like I should. Well now I'm out of work and just can't get focused or motivated to do what needs to be done! I know that it's not easy but my mind is trying to take over. If anyone would like to share there tips on how to stay on this wonderful healthy path I'm all ears.

Fitness Minutes: 454

My Goals:
Plain and simple lose at least 60lbs. in 6 months. I think that with hard work and determination I can do this!!


My Program:
Cardio 7 days a week sometimes 2 times a day.

Free weights 3 times a week.

Machine weights on certain days with free weights.

Yoga on days I'm not doing weight training.

I'm going to make this more challenging for myself so I won't get bored and will hold myself accountable.



Personal Information:
Live in NC, but hope to move in a few years once things settle down. I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years and he doesn't really understand my need to be a better me. But at least he tries to support me. I work in a lot of retail environments and think of myself as a great manager. But as of June 2010 things went downhill fast. Lost my job, haven't found a new career and gained about 10 more lbs. Depression has been getting the best of me, but I tell you from now on it's my time to shine with or without a job, just gives me an edge on getting back in the fitness world.


Other Information:
Sometimes life throws you out of bounds but if you start being just a little selfish for yourself you can get right back in the game!
