I want to cut my calorie intake and limit my alcohol consumption
I am trying to stay under 1500 calories a day and I am working out4- 6 days a week. I am trying to burn between 250 - 700 calories a day. I will achieve this by using the Wii fit and my treadmill. I have also enrolled in a kickboxing class which I attend 2xs a week. After 1-2 months I will increase that to 3xs week.
