Have you ever gone to a blog or read about someone who's success made you want to change your own life? That's the kind of person that I want to be.

My goal for February 2012 fitness is to do more than I did in January 2012 (944 minutes).

In February, I only got 686... So far, I am already half of that for March. :o)

My Goals:
I am quite a bit of weight to lose. I have been overweight since I was at least 10. I have a 15 year old daughter, and I am trying very hard to make sure she has a healthier life than me.

My Program:
I am eating smaller portions, and trying to make wiser choices about what I eat. I also have been drinking a lot more water than I ever have before. I need to reincorporate exercise back into my life
