My Goals:
It's wonderful to set new goals b/c I reached the last one! I want to have an average BMI within the next 4 weeks....and I'd like to keep it through my 34rd birthday...next January.

My Program:
Aerobics every other day, alternating with SP strength or wii active/fit+

I learned to use the Nutrition Tracker and find it to be a wonderful tool.

Thanks for your note on my blog. Chewing gum might be a help for me...the water thing has never done a thing and I've tried it many, many times. I think I'll try the gum thing...I'm just a very oral person and need the crunch and chew, which is why the gum might be a good idea. Thanks again! Hugs, Jeannie
