The scale was showing the wt loss last week but I attributed it to the fact that I was sick for almost the whole week and only believed it when I saw that it is still showing it
I have more wt to lose which I had lost and then started gaining it back so it will take me awhile to get down again but I feel much better Now I am just following same thing my dad did who lost over 22 lbs in about 4 months. He doesn't do any physical activity but he really is watching his portion sizes and eating as per the food guide and it's working so I decided that I needed to do the same.
