Slim at 45

I have never been slim, weight has always been a problem, its not the activity, ever since I can remember I have been working out atleast3-5 times a week, its the food, just cannot stop eating- the portions are huge! Give me veggies or ice-cream, bread or eggs, i can finish bowls in a minute and then I graze ALL day long. My husband says hes never seen me not chewing on something. ANd so I am overweight, and I want to lose this by the time I am 45

Thank you for the comment on my blog! It's nice to know I'm not the only one! Good luck on your 1/2 Marathon! I will sign up for a 10K in May, the 1/2 I did last year is in Oct. My goal is to run it fitter (weighing less and more weight training) and get a much better time! emoticon

Chuppe rustum aur hum - kabhi nahin :-)

The scale was showing the wt loss last week but I attributed it to the fact that I was sick for almost the whole week and only believed it when I saw that it is still showing it emoticon

I have more wt to lose which I had lost and then started gaining it back so it will take me awhile to get down again but I feel much better emoticon Now I am just following same thing my dad did who lost over 22 lbs in about 4 months. He doesn't do any physical activity but he really is watching his portion sizes and eating as per the food guide and it's working so I decided that I needed to do the same.

Cheers!
