Time For Change

After turning 45 and realizing my metabolism is not getting any faster, I need to focus more on food and exercise than ever before. I was always athletic, never over ate, but now just living a busy life and not focusing on me, the pounds just keep coming. I want to live a life away from fear of how I look or what people think of what I look like.

I monitor what goes into my mouth on an hourly basis.

I have places messages to myself in my bathroom and on fridge to remind myself of my goals.

Personal Information:
I am a 45 yr old mother of 3 boys, two 10 yr olds and one 20 year old in college. I am an Asst. Principal of an Junior High. After suffering a heart attack 1 year ago, it took me this long to realize I need to get my health in order for my boys, my husband of 1 year and myself...its time!
