No more bad habits

May 2013 goals: -lose 5 pounds by May 31st (145.6 lbs to 140.6lbs) -lose body fat -get at least 7 hours of sleep per night -reduce night eating -track food eaten -strength training 3 times a week I've struggled with my relationship with food, self perception, and self esteem for as long as I can remember. I was a chubby child from the age of about 7 until I hit 16. When I was 16, I developed a serious jaw issue that made me feel sick to me stomach constantly so eating was typically not a priority. As a result, over the summer between my freshman and sophomore year of high school, I lost 30 pounds. By the end of that year, I had lost 20 more. All of the compliments and attention were amazing and made me feel fantastic but eventually I started obsessing and turned to starvation diets and diet pills to keep my weight down. At the time, I was about 135-140 pounds but I thought I was huge! Over the next few years I maintained my weight around 145-155. Late in 2010/early 2011, I stopped caring all together. Getting on a scale in April 2011 and seeing the number '165' pop up was the kick in the butt that I needed. In summer 2011, I started working out and eating right and felt awesome about myself for the first time in a long while. I used SP's resources and went from 165 to 140 in 3 months! 1/2013:After several stops/starts, I am rededicating some energy to weight loss again. I have regained some weight but if I follow through and keep my goals in mind, I will be able to reach my goal weight by May 2013.

My Program:
1. Lose 3-7 lbs a month for the next 4-5 months 2. Do cardio 4-5 days a week, at least 30 minutes each 4.Do strength training 3-4 times a week,30 minutes 5.Eat between 1300-1600 calories per day 6.Reduce the amount of sugar and processed foods eaten
