I'm a weight loss junkie OK here is what it did
my program was healthy portion control meals 3 times day and 2 snacks day
stop eating 2 hours before bed drink 8-10 water per day or more
A nutritionist told me when you want to maintain weight eat the post run meal like everyone does. When you want to lose weight. Wait 1 Hour then eat. I make sure its my regular snack or meal at the 1 Hour AFTER I never add an extra meal because I was running.
I just ran a 1/2 marathon in New orleans with spark friends and I ate 3 beignets fried donuts, alligator fried appetisers etc.. because You also need to enjoy life, but I've worked hard at it and dont want to go back to the old me. Also allow yourself that small treat once per week, but keep it portion control eat that small piece of cake slowly not the whole cake quickly- LOL
