    Oh WOW they are soooo good! I added a little pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, extra cinnamon, 1/4c extra oats (due to the extra pumpkin), and lacked pecans so used walnuts. Hubby and I had an especially early start this morning and we were stoked to wake up to them. Topped them with fresh raspberries for a quick breakfast!

    I like the NRFL book. I'm finally going to able to make it to the gym today to lift heavy too! Pilates is a nice complement to lifting and cardio. My fave mat move is the "Hundred"... google it. Three rounds of those, along with planks, medicine ball Russian twists (or side twists on a swiss ball), and bicycle crunches - and I've never seen my abs more quickly! I'm working up to hanging leg raises. I am DEAD serious about getting fit by the end of May and I've seen big improvements in just a couple of weeks. Sparkmail me your recs from NRFL if there are any big tips you think could be helpful :) I've got a lifting plan that I'm eager to begin this week. Let's keep up that lifting and WE are going to have tight, heavy-liftin' bods come summer ;)
