Hey! So ive been a member for, well forever it seems! Im training with a friend at the gym who is a body builder! ILOVE IT!!!! I know everyone says this but seriously, if i can do this anyone can! I have found that the key is to surround yourself with supportive loving people. You can have all the will power in the world but if people are offering you cake and chocolate everyday and saying "ughh, its just a little it wont hurt" you will never make it. There will always be those people and thats ok, it makes you stronger, but you need a support network. It is a whole life change not just a personal change. It will effect those you love and if they are supportive and loving they will love the change just as much as you! Good luck to everyone!
