A FRESH start with new incentives.......

My goals for are (starting 3/3/14):

Drink 8 glasses of water everyday - even on weekends!
Exercise for 30 minutes at least 5 times per week.
Eat more fruits and veggies!
Cut out most processed foods.

If I log 350 miles from April 1 to Dec 31 - my reward is a weekend away with my husband and without our son!!

What's the cause of your funk. I'm not being nosy, you don't have to telll me, but when you figure it out do something about it and then you'll be back at it!! Good luck I have faith in you! emoticon emoticon

Incidentally I'm pulling myself out of a funk as well so I know how you feel. I have struggled to be consistent with my workouots but a spark friend sent me a tracking tool that I feel motivated to use and measure my successes with . Would you like to see the tool?
