Journey back to being Me
One day I woke up and looked in the mirror. It was at that moment I saw a person I didn't recgonize. Thats when I made the decision to change my life style to bring me back to the person I once was!!!!!!!

My Goals:
My Main Goal is to lose 105 pounds. Small Goals to reach 105 pound weight loss: 1. Change my eating habits a. Cut out sweat drinks. b. Minimize eating out to places that only have healthy food choices. c. Keep a food journal. 2. Become a more Active person a. Walk more b. Take the stairs c. develop a workout routine 3. Make this a change in my life style and not a temporary fix.
My Program:
I make it a point to log in at least three times a day to sparkpeople to input my food intake and fitness routines for the day. If I have nothing to input then I am not meeting my goals.
