Hey Noreen - thanks for the comment - yes, these cats find toys in everything - my ear plugs, makeup brushes (these are now put away when I used to have them on the counter), toilet paper - one of them will tear it when she's bored. It's entertaining when it isn't frustrating or messy! We love them tho - hope you are doing okay. Thinking of you as you navigate life without your dad. I was missing my terribly last night. Those scented pinecones that make an appearance this time of year remind me of his house. I was crying while waiting to pick up my hubby's prescription last night..

Thought of you today as my daughter-in-law ran a half marathon in Chicago! Running and Chicago a,ways makes me think of you!
Hope you are well, have a good 5% challenge. I'm on "Shooting Stars". emoticon

Noreen, so sorry to hear that you lost your father. My deepest sympathy. Sorry it is late but I have not been on our site while being great grandma for a while. I hope you are doing well! Talk soon! Big Hugs aKathleen.

Thanks, Noreen! You are so right; the humidity has been a real struggle. As soon as my toe feels a bit better (most likely this weekend), I am going to try to get back on the wagon to be as prepared for next month's race as I can. Hopefully I'll have a stronger, pain free finish! I am hoping the same for you! Wishing you well and that you stay strong with the passing of your father. While I will never say I understand how you feel, I can appreciate what it feels like to lose a parent, and it is never easy. Keep up the positive thoughts! emoticon emoticon
