After earning the "Freshman 15", and then the "Sophomore, Junior, and Senior 15" I graduated college and started both taking martial arts and eating a largely vegetarian diet (because I was poor and carrots cost less than steak) I lost a good 55 lbs between 2006 and 2008, and have maintained it pretty well, but I'm still trying to figure out what my "healthy weight" is. My main form of exercise is Capoeira, an intense dance/martial art style from Brazil. Look it ...

My Goals:
Eat more vegetables. I know I don't eat enough. Keep to a strict exercise schedule. Work on core/ab exercises and build strength.
