    I will actually officially start tomorrow because of other things going on at home. I have all of volume 1 so I will be doing that one. I am going to buy volume 2's thigh workout to add on, volume 1 only has the arm workout.

    Do you have both volume 1 and volume 2?... also, are you going to post your workouts in the October challenge thread?
