My Goals:
To eat healthy and keep fit as I get older. I would also like to become a bit leaner, but that's more of a plus.

Big push right now is to limit empty carbs and sugar.

My Program:
Trying to keep to a calorie limit (not always successfully!), eat more whole grains and vegetables, and to exercise.

I try to aim for at least 50 minutes of exercise a day, alternating between cardio and weights. Try to do Yoga or a long stretching session once a week.

Hey! I stumbled upon your page because we have around the same goal weight and I noticed that you are running 4-5, hoping to do a half marathon eventually. I am trying the same thing! However, I usually run 3-4 and find it hard to improve. If you have any advice please let me know!
