My Goals:
My goal is to lose 10 kg by December 2012 so that I have the energy to spend more time with my daughter and also to bond with her through exercise!

My Program:
I have just started playing badminton. Starting out at 15 mins on the first day, 30 mins the next and now in my 3rd week, able to maintain 30 to 45 mins in the game.

Minimum twice a week of an hour each and trying to clock in thrice a week if possible.

Target to hit 1 hour per session if time permits!

Personal Information:
I'm 38 and a real estate agent. Just turned single and have a 10 year old girl.

My target for April 2009:

Starting weight Monday, March 30, 2009: Can't remember, but should be still about 82.5 kg

Goal weight Monday, April 6: 82 kg
Actual weight Monday, April 6: 82.24 kg

I hear you!! I've done loads of exercise of late and the weight hasn't been shifting much. Maybe we are putting on muscle :-)

Last time this happened, I changed my diet so that I was eating a lot more protein and less carbs (40% carbds, 30% protein, 30% fats) and not more than 1500-1600 cals a day and it started falling off again.

On Saturday evening I gave in and had a small hamburger and fries at McDonalds. 500 cals! But what really annoyed me is I went up nearly a kilo! I'm sure it will come off.

Don't beat yourself up, just keep doing it, eventually your body will catch up with you.

You HAVE lost weight if you are exercising, I'm sure. Are you measuring yourself? Sometimes I see more results that way than on the scale. You are doing great.

And congrats on doing well in Dont Forget Those Lyrics. What a super star we have with us ;-)

Dinner is the worst meal for me too. After having good intake the whole day, I collapse during dinner time. I have a friend who just eat vegetables for dinner and she is thin.
