The weight keeps piling up year after year! 17 years later, and 12 kg heavier, its about time to shed those pounds and become a hot mama again!

It is about time to make a committment to myself to be healthier and be able to run around with my daughter!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 10 kg by December 2012 so that I have the energy to spend more time with my daughter and also to bond with her through exercise!


My Program:
I have just started playing badminton. Starting out at 15 mins on the first day, 30 mins the next and now in my 3rd week, able to maintain 30 to 45 mins in the game.

Minimum twice a week of an hour each and trying to clock in thrice a week if possible.

Target to hit 1 hour per session if time permits!

I'm 38 and a real estate agent. Just turned single and have a 10 year old girl.

Starting weight Monday, March 30, 2009: Can't remember, but should be still about 82.5 kg
