You Can Do It
Retired early due to mobility issues. Gained 10# with each of 3 children, 10# when I quit smoking and 10#... well 20# now just because I like to eat and spent life sitting at a desk. My only spouse died when I was 46 so I only have excuses and not 1 good reason why I shouldn't be able to do this. Life is good.
