Thanks for your real comments about "juggling" life!

I'm proud of you for continuing on the healthy lifestyle journey.

I just had my wellness screening this morning... should have my results back in about a week. My weight is the same as it was during the last screening. I really have to inject some motivation into me.

Well, let's see. I'm sparking along and trying to catch up with my friends. I'm doing okay... I haven't gained.... I think I might even lose a little this week. The scale didn't budge last week but I blame that on hormones. I mean... it probably isn't the Thin Mint girl scout cookies or all the King Cake I ate! emoticon

I hit some sort of slump in week 6/7 and I turned to sweets to satisfy me. I still kept it in my ranges for the most part but I know me and I know that thin mints and cake are a gateway drug leading to a Little Debbie overdose. My goal now is to stay away from everything except the two things I know I can eat and not lose my mind over: 40 calorie fudge pops & one or two Lindt dark chocolate truffles!

So I guess my lows for last week would be sugar and not exercising like I should.
My high is that I have continued to track everything and I am getting good rest.My goal this week is to really complete the WALK THIS WAY challenge instead of just doing the first few days and forgetting about it.

So how about you... what's your high and low for last week? Any new goals this week?

Thanks for stopping by my page. I'm trying to get back in my groove. I do OK for a couple weeks; then seem to get sidelined by "life." And, therein lies my challenge: learning how to LIVE healthy. What a juggling act!!!

Thank you! I definitely need the extra encouragement this week. I've decided to allow myself one more day to be cranky and then I have to snap out of it. I'm pretty sure this must be around the time I normally throw in the towel. Not this time though...still tracking and staying within ranges. I always get like this about every 3rd week... haha.

I appreciate you looking out for me!
