2016 Goals

I promise myself I am going to do some type of exercise 5 days a week and track my progress.

Other goals for 2016 to make ME a better person:

I promise to send cards to family and friends for birthdays and anniversaries!

Purge and clean something everyday.

    That's awesome! Last week was actually my best week in a really REALLY long time lol! I worked out almost every day, except for 2, and I tried my best to stay within my calories. I just got my scale yesterday, so Friday morning I will weigh myself and see if I lost anything, but I am feeling good!

    Glad the military diet is working out for you! Woohoo!!! Keep it up!

    Thanks for checking. I was afraid of that. So many others I check say the same thing. I believe it is a glitch, but not sure how to fix it. I thought by NOT checking the one box, it meant that anyone could see my activity feed instead of just mutual friends, but maybe that isn't the case.
    I'm going to check the box now, and see if that changes anything. Could you check again and see if you are able to see the feed when hitting "see entire feed"?
