Good morning Starshine... the world says HELLO!!!

I hope you are having a good week. I'm feeling a little zombie like today due to my irresponsible decision to stay up until 2:30am watching random youtube videos rather than getting adequate sleep. emoticon

I'm currently guzzling coffee and just counting down until 5pm so I can go home and take a nap! emoticon

So let's go over our highs and lows so far for this week...
For me the HIGH is that I'm still feeling good about this process and I've been pretty good at keeping the doubts and fears at bay. My LOW is that I've been eating too many sweets. I've managed to make them fit in my calories most days but it's a dangerous game because I know the sugar makes me crave more food in general. My GOAL is pretty much to just get through a few days without any sweet junk. I need to get back to it being a once or twice a week thing instead of once or twice a day emoticon

How are YOU? High? Low? Goal?

I read something the other day about Netflix planning on showing more GILMORE GIRLS and I though of you!

Keep putting in the work and making the choices that bring you happiness and health... and more fun at the beach, lol.

I am into the essential oils! I feel like they really work... and even if they aren't truly working as long as my brain believes they are then that is still good enough for me. My husband makes fun of me. He calls it witchcraft, lol. So the other day when I made some special oil to rub on his ankle after he fell and twisted it I was like, HOCUS POCUS!!! haha

I have grapefruit oil in the diffusing right now in the office and even put a little drop in my water. My boss is really into it and she got me enjoying them. And yes... HALLELUJAH the Girl Scout cookies are gone! However, I do have lots of dark chocolate on the way to the house. I justify that's okay because I need my antioxidants!!!

Have a great Tuesday! emoticon emoticon
