Destination----The Skinny Zone
Wow can't believe I'm here again. At the same starting point yet never quite making it to the end. I have been overweight most of my life with little spurts of skinniness in between! For those to be my favorite and most memorable times why can't I stay in the "Skinny Zone?" I feel like I have tried every diet out there and yet I haven't managed to be successful. I watched friends and loved ones shed weight as I have gained. I am larger than I was when I was pregnant and I am not happy ...

For those to be my favorite and most memorable times why can't I stay in the "Skinny Zone?" I feel like I have tried every diet out there and yet I haven't managed to be successful. I watched friends and loved ones shed weight as I have gained. I am larger than I was when I was pregnant and I am not happy with that! Yesterday I joined the Biggest Loser at work. At first I contemplated them knowing my actual weight then I realized these clothes don't hide much. I've given myself a fresh start and hope to get lots of motivation. I want this go around to be tears of joy!!!
