My main goal is to get fit and healthy!
Since graduating high school, going to college, and my attempt at living with a boyfriend at the time. All of these changes have lead to a weight gain of around 18 pounds since high school where I was at a decent weight, not in shape or anything but happier with my body then. My weight then was around 166 (I think- I didnt weight myself much).

I now find myself in my last year of college and back living at home with my parents, When I moved back in in October my self esteem was so shattered and I found myself hating what I had let my weight get to so I knew it was time for a change and began hitting the gym more often and watching what I was eating.
I was really good for awhile then started slipping up again. Hoping to stick to a better eating plan and continue to exercise consistently and finally see some results and gain some more confidence back!

Yea it's hard. I'm having the same issue and I think we need you just take baby steps and see what fits your lifestyle, rather than jumping in and making the changes all at once. I really struggle with lunch too! I found one yummy recipe, its a tuna sandwich made with a packet of tuna w/ a little chopped up pickle, 2 tbs hummus, 1 tsp light mayo and a slice of reduced fat cheddar. it's super yummy! If you have any good sandwich suggestions pleaaase let me know! i don't have any other good recipes ;/
