10 and Goal

I am 25 years old attempting to lose 10 pounds and reach my high school weight of 130 pounds by July 30th. In the process, I hope to gain confidence and improve my overall health.

In the past few years, I have developed several gastrointestinal issues which I believe will be helped by dietary changes and actually paying attention to the foods I choose to consume. I just haven't felt healthy recently and it's time for a change!

Reducing caloric intake

Complete overhaul of diet: omit fatty and processed foods, increase vegetable and fruit consumption, no eating late at night
