At my highest, I was 275 lbs. I want to get down to about 175-180 lbs. I also want to get in shape enough to do a little running, perhaps a 5k run or something. I now want to build muscle and get a real 'nice' look. Perhaps if I could ever be say about 200 lbs of 8-12% body fat.
My program is very simple. I a eating healthier, watching calories, drinking only water and trying to exercise at least 10-20 min daily.
