CHOICES - We all make them. TV shows, music, food, books we read etc. Choices are a big reason I've not made progress. I keep making poor choices. The failure to plan is a plan for failure. That's been true in my life. I always barge into things without planning. I go to the grocery without a list and end up buying things I don't need and forgetting the things I do. It's time I plan for success.

I need to lose 70 pounds. I'd like to lose more but 70 would make me content and satisfy my doctor. The plan? Well I'm still working on that but I'm here and that's the first big step. I'm joining some teams, looking for some encouragement and accountability and trying to set up some boundaries.

I need to eat better - not just less - but healthier food.

I need to exercise more and for longer periods of time.

I need to quit sabotaging my own efforts and consider myself worthy of the effort.

I just need to do it.

2014 will be the year of my success!
