I am back on Spark after being away for too long I joined in 2007 and have been up and down since then, with my weight and my emotional state.

As I sit and reflect how many times I planned to do the right thing and get this weight off for good I realized I can con online friends, I can post motivational stuff and be someone else's cheerleader but it is all a facade.

Honestly I used to sit for hours and comment on the forums, welcome new members and cheer them on all while stuffing potato chips in my face. That is why I left.

But I can't fool the people who really know me.

So this time I am doing this with people I know. Some are joining me here but most of them are on FaceBook.

NOW is my time to get fit. And it will be easier with friends to keep my feet to the fire.

So here I am again...pedometer and walking shoes on, praying this time I will make it and reclaim my health.

My Health Goals:
1. Eat 3 meals & 2 healthy snacks everyday.

2. Drink at least half my body weight in OZ of water DAILY.

3. Walk, Walk, Walk everywhere I can every day, at least 10,000 steps.


My Program:
It sounds weird but I am eating to lose weight. I am eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks each day, drinking water and walking.

    Hello, its so nice to hear form you, I hdntbeen on this page in ages :) I am doing well , ve had two more boys bringing my total to 5 boys now and Ive lost abot 60 pounds after having the last one hes one now. mostly due to illness but at least i lost weight right? Im sorry to admit this but I have forgotten who you are? are we friends or spark friends? I hope you are doing well and that you met your goals Id love to help out and Ill pay more attention to my spark page I need to introduve health into my life i am so unhealthy it will be god for me to be back. takeare .Paula

    YES we can. I need to have negative calorie foods ( celery, pineapple, and such) prepared and ready to munch so the three o clock munchies are healthy. AND no eating after 6pm! So hard. emoticon

    I too am glad to have a friend on here that I know face to face! Did okay yesterday...not good but okay on the eating. I am a stress eater. Chocolate is my weakness. Thankful each day is a new day!
