I am committed!
Just turned 30 and know it is long overdue for me to get into shape and live a healthier life. I feel as though I have not taken care of myself, and need to learn how to incorporate healthy eating and exercise in my life.

My Goals:
Short Term Goals: Lose at least 15 pounds by the time this BLC is over. Pack my lunch at least 4 times a week Limit fast food/eating out Long Term Goals: Live a healthy and active lifestyle Goal Weight: 175 lbs.
My Program:
Workout at least 3 times a week. Starting out with walking, and will hopefully expand out to other activities. & hopefully get more ideas from other sparkpages.
