There are things that we all do to trip of any sorts. Weight loss is a journey that you must prepare for. You must have a plan and pack just like any other journey you are own .. I pack up for my journey by making sure I have the proper foods, tools and clothing at my disposal. I prepare for safety along the way by having a great support system of family and friends and enjoying spark friends. I prepare for this journey by researching everything from fitness to recipes , I find answers to my questions in any way necessary . In order to know where you are going you must know how far you have come, i do this by tracking fitness , nutrition and weight. Above all else when taking a trip you must know what do when you get lost along the way, I tackle this issue with blogging and posting to my teams so that they know that i am not where i should be. Now I dont know if my way would work for you but i know it has worked for me. As we set off on another 5% challenge on the 5/11 I am optimistic that I can reach the goal if I stick to my plan .

I want to get back to a minimum of 4 miles daily . Strength training 3 times weekly. Calories : 1200 to 1400 daily .
Personal Information:
I am Darlene from MS. I am the mother of two grown sons and grandmother of two grandsons and one grand daughter . I have been married for 15 years. I am a emotional eater trying to change that part of my life. The process started out July,2011 at 366 pounds we are getting there . slow and steady is the way of the world.
Other Information:
I am committed to my 5% winter challenge team "the casual travelers" it is my goal to do at least 60 minutes of exercise 6 days a week. I will follow a 1300 to 1500 calorie diet plan. I will support my team mates by posting on my team page regularly and following blogs as time allows.
