The New Beginning !!!

I have suffered a lot emotionally , mentally and physically in 2014. As this year ends I am reminded of how strong I really am and also how weak I can be. With every new obsticle this year came a new strength and weakness. There is something to be said for self discovery it makes you stronger than you ever thought you were. There is plenty in this journey for me to be proud of; however there is much more to do.

I am ending this year with as much positive energy as I can muster up. ...

I am ending this year with as much positive energy as I can muster up. Staying positive has brought me a long way even on days when there was very little to be positive about.

Like a butterfly that symbols change, new beginnings, and also new endings but it still thrives to live.

My life goals to start 2015:
1. start off my day with a journal entry
2. i want to be 260 pounds by 2/1/2015
3. Exercise 30 minutes a day and walk 30 minutes also

life is short and long at the same time and it is my intentions to dig my way out of the bad and soar in the good of life.

My Goals:
2015 Fall Exercise commitment and fitness plan !
I am committed to doing all that I can to get back to the fitness level I was at last year at this time . I am committed to working hard through fitness and nutrition to achieve my weight loss goals .

Fitness plan :
workout 1: chest/shoulders/ triceps
Work out 2 : back/ biceps
Work out 3 : Legs / abs
Half hour of cardio daily
with 60 minutes of pool time at least twice a week .

I pledge to continue to do the best that I can in the healthiest of ways to better myself mind body and soul. To lead myself into a healthy place. To share my story and embrace every day as it is a new day. To have patience and understanding with myself as do with everyone else. To know my limitations and to respect my personal boundaries.




Personal Information:
I am Darlene from MS. I am the mother of two grown sons and grandmother of two grandsons and one grand daughter . I am a emotional eater trying to change that part of my life. The process started out July,2011 at 366 pounds we are getting there . slow and steady is the way of the world.
On June 26, 2013 I met my 100 pounds gone mark weight in at 266. 8.
