My Hope

I am just an ordinary person. A person that has dealt with many things in life. A person that decided at 40 years old that I would undertake the task of changing 40 years of life with bad decisions that had led me to a life filled with pain and despair. There is nothing easy about loosing weight. There are days when you just are not sure how you will do it one more day. Then you look in the mirror and remember that yesterday you werent sure either but you did it. It is my hope in 2014 that ...

There is nothing easy about loosing weight. There are days when you just are not sure how you will do it one more day. Then you look in the mirror and remember that yesterday you werent sure either but you did it. It is my hope in 2014 that with my program I will be able to finally get out of the obesity range possibly even get to goal weight. I am committed to giving it all that I have because it was not to terribly long ago that I never thought i could loose the first hundred pounds in this journey but through severe ankle surgery and many complications I did. So here we go on the next year and the step in the journey . Love yourself because in the end that is the only person who can truly you against all odds.

I am Darlene from MS. I am the mother of two grown sons and grandmother of two grandsons and one grand daughter . I am a emotional eater trying to change that part of my life. The process started out July,2011 at 366 pounds we are getting there . slow and steady is the way of the world.
On June 26, 2013 I met my 100 pounds gone mark weight in at 266. 8.
