It's Time To Get This Right!

THIS IS NOT A RACE, IT'S A BATTLE FOR HEALTH & HAPPINESS!

As you can see by the captions beneath most of my pictures, and the chart at the right side of my page that my battle has started, stopped, and began again....... But the battle MUST continue and when I lose the fight for one day, I need to get up dust myself off and move on without looking back.

Well as you can see I haven't dropped or gained in the last two weeks. Not good but not bad either.....

I have to get one foot in front of the other this week and try to make things happen. My stress level has increased by 50% the last two weeks and the fact that I haven't gained shows that I have learned some things along the way and that the Good Lord keeps his hands busy molding my life. .....
God Is Good my friends!

Thanks again Debbie! I know losing now is harder than it was 10 years ago but I can still do it and know waiting longer is not an option so I am giving it my all. I've met some great people on here over the years but failed to keep in touch with most however I do have a couple friends I talk to regularly and I know putting myself out there more is going to see me develop more relationships. Hi Debbie,

Not to worry. I know it's hard to get to everyone all the time. I usually do things in a kind of rotation so it's not so hard. I love hearing from everyone.

As for the surgeries I never let them keep me down for to long. I've done this once already in my back. I've done it 4 times on the knees. lol It just really irritates me because I can't do what I normally do. I do heal quickly though so I'm glad that I'm doing them now at 50 instead of waiting until I'm older.

Little by little, pound by pound I'll get it done. emoticon I can't afford not to.
