Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
I am a mother of 3 boys and a 2 year old daughter. I want to feel sexy again and get back to my small size. I miss loving to shop, although I am sure my husband doesn't mind that I hate shopping now.
I seem to be at a stand still, and I know it's all my fault. As soon as I have seen the weight come off I leave SP, and the weight comes back. I get too relaxed and eat whatever whenever, and seem to always have an excuse not to exercise. I have learned my lesson and know that I can't do this on my own, so I am here to stay, even after I meet my goal I am staying with SP.
I would like to lose the extra weight I gained while pregnant with my daughter who is now 2 and a half years old. I want to be able to run outside and not have pains in my knees. And be able to eat healthier and feel sexy.
I am counting calories, something I never thought I would do. Drinking more water, exercising more, and tracking everything in the process.
My name is Dolly. I have 2 boys and a little girl, and a step son. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. At the age of 19 I moved to Puerto Rico with my family. I lived there for 13 yrs, before moving to Concord, NH with my now husband Keith. We have been together for almost 4 years and been married for almost 2 years. We share a beautiful daughter together. I am currently a stay at home mom, working on a book, hoping someday it will get published.
I use to love to read. I would read every night. But with a new baby it has been hard to get myself to read. I love going to the movies, but my husband hates it so I hardly ever go to the movies, unless it's to see a kids movie. I enjoy running. And I love spending time with my family.

"I will persist until I succeed. Always will I take another step.
If that is of no avail I will take another, and yet another.
In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult.... I know that small attempts, repeated, will complete any undertaking."
- Og Mandino

Hi there! You're right it is nice to see someone in SP-land that is relatable to your own situation. It is sooo easy to fall back into bad habits... or justify the bad choices at time. But, since we are still on SP.. that shows that we still have the fight, determination, motivation, and willpower!!
I too am trying to get up early to get my workout done for the day - it's been tough to do but I am doing it. Yesterday & today one of the kids has actuall woken up early and come downstairs while I was working out. So both days ended 10 minutes early. But I am proud that I woke up and got some exercise done.
Thanks for the comment on my page.. I will help cheer you on & lift you up as well

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistake, but you don't dwell on it. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space."
Just dropping by from Rootin' for Ruby's Womens Fat Night team to wish you a successful week. Hope to see you around the team soon!
