    HI !! I saw on Isabelles page (Isabelle84) page and thought,,, hmmmmm she MAY be interested in our team !! I am a part of the 5% challenge on the Spirited Under Dogs team. One first has to choose to join the Summer 5% Challenge team,,, than they pick a team.

    What is the 5% Summer team Challenge about? "Race to Fascinating Places - 8 Weeks this Summer. Join a supportive team and let's have fun as we lose 5% of our weight, make new friends and improve our health! Start date Saturday, June 24th."

    In this we do "travel" from place to place (First LOL on an "airplane" as we go from country to country ) than we "tour" the land. Exercise is something on the Dawggie team (Spirited Under Dogs) we take seriously. It's of course up to each member how much they do, but as a leader,,,,I aim for at least 5 days of exercise. When I new it was sooo low I snicker now, but thru the challenges I've improved,,, thanks to the 5% challenge helping me to be accountable ! We also weigh in weekly,, A HUGE HELP !! WOOHOOO !!! I LOVE this team,, and though I do belong to some others,, I mostly concentrate on this one for it helps me the very most. Here's the link so you can look around. Sometimes I DO NOT do links right so I'll give it to 2 times,,, and HOPE one of them works !

    WOOHOOOOO IT'S FUN !! Thanks to the 5% (I started off at 256 with this challenge,, my highest was 288,,, so to hit my 5% in 8 weeks I had to lose 12,8 lbs ! AND I DID IT !! Long term we all know if you do not eat enough (often a HUGE pit fall for those losing over a number of months) or to much (A challenge for those who aren't wanting to eat in their guidelines), ,, along with the exercise,, and if you reach out,,,,,we ARE HERE Not "For" you, but "WITH" you !
