New Paths 2011

I am a stay at home mom that has had a challenging year. After the birth of our last child, I lot 65 pounds. My husband had a serious accident with brain injuries on Sept 26th, 2010. I was stressed and depressed with such a weight on my shoulders that I have gained 50 pounds in this last year. I am ready to start again and lose it all plus. Enough with the excuses, it's time for a positive change.
