I'm on a new path of discovery of me. What's under this shell of FAT. I'm no longer making excuses for myself. I'm addressing what is so that I can move past it on to my purpose in life.

I am here to share, learn, inspire and be inspired. I first have to motivate myself and in this journey if what I have to say movitivates my fellow SPARKERS than I am very happy for that :)!

My Goals:
I use to be afraid to commit to goals so I used the easy lose weight. Well G-O-A-L-S here I come!

1) Schedule PT session by 7/6/12. - DONE. Session scheduled 7/10/12
2) Lose 8 lbs MONTHLY
3) Get to 245 for Jamaica Trip. Target date: 7/13/12
4) Lose 30lbs by my Birthday 10/31/12
4) Lose 60lbs by December 2012
5) Lose 80lbs by March 2013
6) Meet GOAL WEIGHT of 140 by June 2013.

My Program:
My program hasn't been created just yet. My first goal is to meet with a personal trainer and see what exercises work best for me. I am determined to exercise at LEAST 60 minutes 3 x's a week at the BARE minimium. No pain no GAIN!
